VACATION!!!!

That is right, today is Tuesday September 30th and we are leaving tonight to ORLANDO! We've been counting down the months, weeks, day, and now HOURS til' we leave on our first Aleman Family Vacation. Usually when we go on these Trips we take someone along to join in our silly fun.

Gaby is beyond excited to sleep and eat at her castle. We are staying at the Marriot Grande Vista and from words around Mario's job this place is the bomb to stay! We are just lucky that the hotel is free...woot! We are eating lunch with the Disney Pricess in Epcot Mario and I figured it would be the closetest thing to traveling the world! Then we are debating if to visit another park, but if we don't we have other plans for our fabulous time together.

This trip will also mark our Divas 4th BIRTHDAY! 4- four- quatro-IV-4 fingers Where has the time flown! I was actually looking at pictures when she was first born and I admit I got emotional. I'm not the only one though. On Sunday, the clan was watching The Little Mermaid and Gaby was laying on Mario's (sexy) chest and he said, "I wonder how long I have until she won't fit on my chest" (someone please pass me a tissue :(

I leave you with pictures of Gaby in her 4 wonderful years....

The golden jewels

Oh yes, the joys of carrying a fabulous little boy! The first time we found out we were having a boy the ball started to roll on baby shower ideas, names, and of course registry items.

Today I had my last appointment for the first trimester screening and Alejandro looks great. I finally got a couple of pictures of the oh soo lovely golden jewels! LOL :)

Alejandro is weighing around 11 ounces and is about the size of a mango! (yummy)

I did get a little red flag from the technician about having a low placenta. I need to go back in 4 weeks to see if it went up. Since I haven't had spot bleeding or any sort of bleeding she isn't too worried but wants to monitor it b/c in worse case scenario things can get complicated. I did read an article that says about .5- 1% of women don't have any change in their low placenta but 99% of women (hopefully I'm in) do experience their placenta higher. She also mentioned that as the baby grows the placenta gets higher, which is what we are hoping for. God knows I don't want to experience a c-section or being in the hospital for x amount of weeks being monitored.

I'm keeping my hopes up in thinking positive that everything is going to turn out great with no complications or anything major.

Now to the title of this post...pictures of Alejandro and the golden jewels!

** The first 4 pictures are of him looking at you (so just wave shalom back!!!)

Aleman FUN FUN FUN

So we have been super busy in the month of August with my mom's birthday, our first trip to Parrot Jungle and playing Hide and Sneak with Gaby!

Mom's Birthday
My sister, dad and I chipped in to plan her 55th Birthday. The day started off yucky with gray clouds and filled with rain. After much praying from both my mom and sister the sun came out to play! My dad started the bbq and the guests started to arrive, guests meaning my entire family. We had a blast and enjoyed the food, pinata, and the nice company.

Jungle Island
Jungle Island was having a fabulous deal on Memorial Day weekend. Only $10 to get in, I told my sister-in-law about the fabulous deal and to Parrot Jungle we were going that weekend. Gaby had a blast seeing all the different types of birds, Lions and Alligators. I for the very very first time ever in my life was picked to help in one of the shows (I was super excited!) Here are some pictures of our fabulous day.

Hide and Sneak

Sunday Gaby decided she loved to hide from me with papa dukes while I was busy cleaning around the house. Well our game lasted a good 45 minutes! We started playing just in our room and boy we had a blast. Gaby of course isn't a pro at this game so this was the funniest part ever! I decided every time she would hide with either of us we would take pictures to capture our first family game, per say.
